As an artist, I bridge my former business background with my passion for creativity, having transitioned from a business career to embrace the transformative power of color through contemporary abstract art. What began as painting furniture and remodeling my home evolved into a journey of creating vibrant, energetic pieces that infuse spaces with compelling positivity.
My work is a celebration of the dynamic interplay between color and form, harnessing the fluidics of transformed paint to evoke emotion and captivate the senses. Inspired by interior design, home décor, and the profound impact of colorful artwork, I believe in the ability of art to energize and enrich our gathering spaces, fostering connection and intrigue.

Kreta is a southern California-born, small-town Oklahoma raised artist who discovered her passion for contemporary abstract art after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and working in the business industry. After the birth of her third daughter, she left the workforce to focus on her children. Since then, she has been exploring the creative world of fluid art, inspired by the transformative power of color in a technique she refers to as color fluidics. Currently residing in Norman, OK, renowned for its vibrant and enriching artist community, Kreta can be found in her studio, where she brings her colorful visions to life.
