Tilting Pastel Blossom is inspired by my experiments with 8 pastel colors and 6 different interpretations of the volcano pour fluid art technique. This artwork is my attempt to recreate my favorite result on a larger canvas. During the painting process I made a mistake and the design got tilted, but ultimately the tilt became the highlight of the artwork and reminded me of a song lyric in the song Tilted by Christine and the Queens- "I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted."
